Ráfi

Lapland is a land of peace, quiet and pure nature.

Ráfi – The Village of Silence, is located in Kittilä, in the village of Tepsa on the shores of Lake Kuolajärvi.

The name of the lake comes from the Sámi word guolla, which means ‘rich in fish’. The lake has native perch and pike as well as trout and whitefish, which have been stocked there.

Ráfi is also a Sámi word and means ‘silence’. Our guests can enjoy peace and quiet. The area is vast, and our cabins are designed to protect our guests’ privacy. Our activities are mainly organised on the outer edges of the area.
